A day in the life of my tummy.

A lot has changed in my eating habits, daily schedule, and whatnot, so I think I should write it out here for future sleevers to get an idea of their fates.

I start my day around 11 AM with a cup of protein shake and a bunch of vitamins.  They're either chewable, or very small.  I take stuff like a big ol' multi, vitamin D, vitamin B12, Iron, things like that.  If I'm particularly hungry, I'll grab a slice or two of deli meat.  I like turkey the most.  I also fill my water bottle with filtered water, add a little lemon juice and salt, and some flavoring.  Dasani Drops are my favorite.  Then I go about my day.
A couple hours after breakfast, 1 or 2, I'll go back to the kitchen for a little deli meat or a cheese stick.  Cheese sticks are a great source of protein.  If I've been good, I'll be part of the way through my water bottle.  Around 4, I'll do the same thing, get a little protein nibble.

Dinner with my family, between 6 and 7, is always my best meal.  A nice piece of chicken, meatloaf, a hotdog, whatever's on the menu.  I eat about a 3rd size of a portion that my family member's eat.  In spite of eating much less than them, I try very hard to pause a lot and take small bites, so it takes me about the same amount of time to eat.  I also have a small serving of whatever vegetable's being served, and if I'm not full, I'll allow myself a bite of the carb-y food, you know, rice, potatoes, things like that.  About an hour later, I'll grab some dessert.  Dessert is either a sugar-free pudding, or a sugar-free popsicle, or a sugar-free fudgicle.

Between 8 and 9, I have my second dinner.  This is almost always an encore of dinner, a little leftover meat and veggie.  If there isn't any, or it's reserved for lunches the next day, I can always have my good old reliable deli meat and cheese.  I only need a piece or two to be satisfied.

But wait!  There's more!  Around 11 PM when my hubby gets home, I eat one more time.  I don't plan on staying up much longer at this point.  He usually has frozen chicken chunks.  He used to eat a whole plate full, but now only has around three.  I have one or two.  As an alternative, I might just settle for a second dessert, from the same selection as earlier.

Well, that's a day in the life of my tummy!  I hope you find this insightful.
